2. In this Regulation, “operator” means an operator of heavy vehicles within the meaning of subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 2 of the Act respecting owners, operators and drivers of heavy vehicles (chapter P-30.3).
Except for the definitions of “driver” and “heavy vehicle”, the definitions and abbreviations in National Safety Code Standard 10, Cargo Securement, apply.
